Ενημερώνουμε τα σωματεία που επιθυμούν να συμμετέχουν στο GYM FOR LIFE CHALLENGE 2017 (Βέστφολντ, Νορβηγία, 26-30 Ιουλίου 2017) ότι το κόστος του πακέτου συμμετοχής ανά άτομο υπολογίζεται (σύμφωνα με τη σημερινή ισοτιμία) στα 585,00 €.
Το κόστος του πακέτου συμμετοχής ανά άτομο περιλαμβάνει:
-Participant card
-Accommodation and breakfast, 5 nights
-Lunch or dinner, 4 days
– World Gym for Life shuttle bus
– 50% discount on World Gym for Life Gala

The contest will be organized according to the FIG regulations.

We would like to emphasize that there is no age limit to participate.
It is possible to participate in these categories:
• Small groups (2-20 gymnasts) without apparatus
• Small groups (2-20 gymnasts) with apparatus
• Large groups (21 or more gymnasts) without apparatus
• Large groups (21 or more gymnasts) with apparatus
Time of performance is maximum 5 minutes for all categories.
Music
The performances may be accompanied by music. Music has to be sent to the LOC during the registration in Gymnaplana.
Apparatus
The organization committee will offer apparatus according to the list in Newsletter 2. Pictures of all available apparatus for the contest will be available on our website www.gymforlife2017.com within the end of October 2016.
All groups must inform LOC what kind of equipment they will use.
This has to be done during final registration for the contest.
Participant Insurance : Participating FIG Member Federations must provide insurance coverage for all members of their delegation. The insurance must cover illness, accident and repatriation costs during the entire stay at the World Gym for Life Challenge.
The Optional arrival day for delegates. It will be possible to arrive one day earlier. This will be at an extra cost (additional nights including breakfast can be offered from Monday 24th at price of 560 NOK)
ACCOMODATION: We will provide accommodation in the 700 guest cabins and apartments. There are 6.000 beds available, all in the Convention centre area. There will be 4 to 6 persons staying in each cabin. Some apartments are located within the centre complex, beneath the main hall, with elevators to all levels. These are perfect for participants with physical disabilities. Breakfast and one meal (lunch or dinner) are included in the package price. The LOC strongly advices all participants to also order the second meal since there are no restaurants or grocery stores at the venue. The Oslofjord Conference Center are quite isolated from the nearest village and city, and there are no possibilities for buying groceries at the centre. Those who do not order will have to buy food from the cafeterias in the Venue.
Show performance
During World Gym for Life Challenge 2017, it will be possible to participate in outdoor show performances in the city of Tønsberg. To make sure that everyone gets the opportunity to participate, there will be three different shows on three different days. Groups can register for one or more show, depending on their overall schedule for the contest. You will make your registration for show performances during the provisional registration process. There will be a limited range of apparatus available for the show performances, due to the size of the stage. More information regarding the stage and the apparatus will be available on our website within the end of October 2016 and in Newsletter #4.
The size and exact location of the venue for the show performance is still to be decided.
